Introducing the Body Positive Yoga Library: a decade of my best work

Something new is finally ready

I’ve been shifting some things behind the scenes of my tiny business, and working on something new, and it’s finally ready for you.

It’s called the Body Positive Yoga Library, and it’s basically a decade of my best yoga work all in one place.

It’s 200+ classes, pose tutorials, articles, and body acceptance workshops… basically all the yoga stuff I have created from 2015 through now, organized and waiting for you.

Accessible, adaptive yoga resources for teachers

There’s a new resources for teachers section, with some teaching content that’s never been available before, including live recordings from my 200-hour yoga teacher training, videos that have only been part of paid courses, and some of my best tips and tricks for teachers over the years.

I also put in a ton of full-length workshops on body acceptance and yoga.

And there’s a never-before-seen series on Creating Your Personal Practice with one of my favorite yoga teachers, Shannon Kaneshige aka fringeish.

Reflecting on a decade of work

This project was an interesting one, because I got to time travel back through all my yoga videos that I’ve created since 2015 and see versions of “Past Amber”. I have over 600 videos on Vimeo! The feeling I got is a mix of embarrassment transfer (LOL I would say things SO differently now) and warm, fuzzy feelings of love toward my younger self, which was SO capable and resourced in many ways that 44-year-old Amber is not. 🫶

Pricing and how to join

I’m really proud of what I put together and I also wanted to make it super affordable for you. There are 3 ways you can join:

  • $7 / month
  • $77 / year
  • $277 lifetime access

Body Positive Yoga is yoga for the body you have today. This practice is for you if you have ever felt too big, too stiff, too old, or just too weird for a regular yoga class. Or maybe you’re just tired of yoga teachers pretending that everyone’s body works the same way.

You can show up whenever you want, practice what feels good, and come back whenever you’re ready.
